1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bet63 website at bet63.bio, including all associated services, games, and functionality accessible through it.
• "Account " means a registered user account created by a Player on the bet63 Platform.
• "Player Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance deposited by a Player and held within their bet63 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by bet63.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and bet63's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bet63 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the bet63 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, bet63 will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bet63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You do not already hold an active or suspended bet63 Account.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of bet63 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated gaming suppliers.
6. You have not been self-excluded from the bet63 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
7. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

bet63 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, or driver's licence). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the bet63 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

bet63 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilHealth ID).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account confirmation or bank statement).

You are permitted to hold only one Account per person. bet63 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet63 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any Bonus Funds. Player Funds in duplicate accounts will be returned to the primary verified payment method after deducting applicable administrative processing fees.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

bet63 supports a range of Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Palawan Pawnshop, and MLhuillier. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation.
• bet63 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts using GCash or PayMaya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• bet63 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Any balance comprising uncleared Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bet63 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, prevail over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• bet63 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• bet63 may limit the games eligible for Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Certain games — including live dealer titles and specific slot games — may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering strategies constitutes an abuse of bonus terms and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in Account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bet63 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as published on the Platform. General betting rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet63 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by specific game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical error or systems failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, bet63 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• bet63 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live sports betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at bet63's discretion, including in response to significant in-play developments.
• bet63 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity concerns.
• Winnings from games are credited to your Account balance automatically upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in coordinated play strategies designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes with your payment provider in respect of deposits made to bet63.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet63 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bet63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bet63 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• bet63 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• A Player requests self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under bet63's Responsible Gaming policy.
• An Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable outstanding charges. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bet63's customer support team. Accounts subject to pending withdrawal requests or active investigations will not be closed until those matters are resolved.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet63 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bet63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

bet63 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bet63.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use any bet63 trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet63 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, whether foreseeable or not.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof due to circumstances beyond bet63's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or power outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet63 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits bet63's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

bet63 is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• bet63 collects personal data necessary for Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet63 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through bet63's internal complaints process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
